Your privacy remains in your control. If you want to leave the Services, you can do so at any time of your choosing - the data you have submitted will be removed from our servers if you close your account.
We don't spam you. If you opt in to receive information, we will send you information of potential interest. If you don't opt in, we won't send you anything. (You can read about the status of Services on the web pages).
We shall not disclose personal information to any third party for marketing purposes unless you authorise us to do so.
1. What This Privacy Policy Covers
The use of the Intohand websites accessible from intohand.com, wamtag.com, wamtag.co.uk, apptaga.com, linktaga.com, sitetaga.com. The collection and treatment of personal data such as your name, age, addresses, contact number, verification details. Children under 13 are not permitted to use the Services. There is no provision in this policy for under 13s.
2. Information Collection and How it is used
When you register for access to Services, you submit information such as your name, age and email address, and later you may extend your profile by submitting additional information. This information is used to form your account, make you an identifiable individual, and associate your use of the Services to an account. We need this to ensure we are dealing with people and not machines, we need real people to be associated with material submitted.
We also collect other non-personally identifiable data - such as your IP address, what browser you are using, and we shall use both session tracking and persistent cookies to help with navigation and consistency of service. We shall track on an aggregate basis the usage of the Services, which areas are popular, what time was spent and when, and data like this. The purpose of collecting this data is to ensure we can provide the infrastructure needed to deliver services, as well as assist you and other people to find information that is of interest to you.
3. When Intohand Discloses Information
Some material that you upload to the Services you may wish to make generally accessible, and other information you may restrict to nominated individuals with whom you communicate. Information you make publicly accessible will be open to view by others, information you restrict the distribution of will conversely be available to only those you select where such selection is offered by the Service. Your personal details will not be disclosed to anyone in whole, unless mandated by the provisions of law. You may share some of your personal details as you choose - such as your username - in order to identify your alias on the service.
Your personal data will not be used for spam marketing, nor will it be provided to third party service providers who may wish to spam you.
4. Changing Account Information
You may change your account information using the 'My account' function at any time. The changes you make will propagate through the service as soon as possible. If you delete your account, data under your control will be cleared out shortly after the account is removed. Once an account is deleted, the username will be prohibited from use for a period of time thereafter to help prevent fraudulent re-registration.
5. In the Event of a Merger, a Sale, or Bankruptcy
In the event that the Services are acquired or part acquired by another entity the information you have provided will be assigned to that third party. In the unlikely event of bankruptcy, insolvency, administration or an assignment for the benefit of creditors we may not be able to control the use of data submitted.
6. Changes to this Privacy Policy
Intohand reserves the right to change this Policy from time to time and without notice. If there are significant changes, these will be prominently posted on the website delivering the services and/or you may be notified electronically of the changes.
